What things cost, and why there is no rate card

We do not publish a fixed rate card, because the work genuinely differs. What we do publish is exactly what moves the price, so you can estimate before you ask — and five commitments about what will never surprise you.

Why there is no rate card

A dataset of 180 responses with four tests is not the same job as 2,000 responses with a structural model and a mediation analysis. A rate card would have to price for the harder case, which means overcharging every scholar with the simpler one.

What moves the price

Statistical analysis	Dataset size, number and type of tests, regression or SEM, how much cleaning the data needs
Synopsis development	Discipline, how settled the topic is, revision rounds your guide expects
DRC presentation review	Fixed scope — one sitting, one review
Questionnaire design	Number of constructs, whether validated instruments exist, depth of pilot validation
Data collection	Sample size, field method, geography, whether translation is needed
Thesis formatting	Length, current state, how much similarity work is required
Viva preparation	Fixed scope — two sessions
Publication support	State of the manuscript, target journal, whether you need journal selection too

The five commitments

   You get a written quote before any work starts.One figure, inclusive of taxes. No deposit is taken to produce it, and asking does not commit you to anything.

   We point you to the free option first.If the work is something you can do with a free tool on this site, we say so and point you straight at it. That happens more often than you might expect.

How to get a figure

Send whatever you have on WhatsApp — a synopsis, a dataset, an SPSS output, a rejection email, or just a description. You get a scope and a figure back, usually the same working day, at no cost and with no obligation.

If what you send suggests a different service than the one you asked about, we will say so. Scholars often ask for analysis when what they actually need is a questionnaire fixed first.
